Individual Therapy
Our work together is tailored to you—your needs, goals, preferences, and where you are in your process. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, and we adjust as your needs evolve over time.
Session frequency and duration are thoughtfully determined based on the level of support you’re needing. While many clients meet for 60-minute sessions, I also offer extended sessions (90 minutes or 2 hours) for those who want more space to go deeper or work through something more fully in one sitting.

Half-Day Intensive
Preparing for disclosure
Purpose of this Intensive
This intensive is designed to help you:
Grow your capacity to stay present during disclosure → strengthening your ability to notice when you are moving outside your window of tolerance, and to soothe and return to a more grounded state → because increased presence helps reduce further traumatization
Gain emotional readiness for what this process may bring
not eliminating fear, but increasing your ability to stay with yourself through it
Explore and understand your fears
so they don’t unconsciously drive your reactions
Gain insight into what questions are important to ask—and why
focusing on questions that genuinely contribute to your healing, rather than reactivity
Set a clear intention for how you want to show up
identifying choice, agency, and empowerment
WHAT THIS INTENSIVE FOCUSES ON
Instead of trying to do everything, this intensive focuses on three core areas:
Capacity
Staying present
Recognizing overwhelm
Basic regulation + containment
Clarity
Understanding the disclosure process
Identifying fears
Identifying meaningful questions
Plan
Before disclosure
During disclosure
After disclosure

4 hour intensives- Earlier recovery phases
We Will:
Engage in nervous system stabilization
Make sense of what’s happening internally

Give you more clear, grounded next steps
4-HOUR INTENSIVE (MID / LATER STAGE RECOVERY phases)
We:
Identify what’s keeping you stuck
Work directly with the pattern (not just talk about it)
Create a meaningful internal and relational shift
Help you move forward with clarity and direction
This is about:
- Depth over stabilization
- Focused work to break through what hasn’t shifted in weekly sessions
Investment - 6-7 hours
Full-Day Intensive
Emotional intensity is lower (less overwhelmed, less hijacked by triggers)
Clear understanding of what’s happening internally (no more “I feel crazy”)
A specific memory, trigger, or pattern is actually processed—not just talked about
Noticeable shift in how you feel, not just what you think
More space between trigger → reaction (less chasing, shutting down, spiraling)
Greater clarity about your relationship (what’s yours vs. theirs, what you need)
A more grounded, less reactive way of responding
Clear next steps (what to do after, how to handle triggers, how to move forward)

Multi-Day Intensive
Family of Origin & Attachment Trauma
For deeper work focused on the roots of your patterns—how early relationships continue to shape your emotional and relational experience.
What We Focus On
Over the course of 2–3 days, we work through:
Your family of origin and early relational environment
How attachment patterns were formed
The emotional experiences that shaped your sense of:
Safety
Worth
Closeness
This is not just insight.
This is experiential, structured work designed to create real internal shifts.
what you get
A clear understanding of why this affects you so deeply
Insight into how your early relationships shaped your:
attachment style
emotional responses
relationship patterns
A reduction in shame (“this makes sense—I’m not broken”)
Direct processing of early experiences still driving current reactions
A noticeable shift in how your body and emotions respond to triggers
More separation between your adult self and younger, reactive parts
A clearer understanding of your patterns
(pursuing, shutting down, over-functioning, etc.)
The ability to respond differently—not just react automatically
Greater clarity in your current relationship:
what’s yours vs. what isn’t
what you actually need
what feels true vs fear-based
Stronger, more grounded boundaries
(not reactive or fear-driven)
A deeper connection to yourself outside of the relationship
A sense of internal stability that doesn’t depend on what your partner is doing
A clear path forward:
how to continue healing
what support you need
what your next steps are
You leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, less reactivity, and a more grounded, stable sense of who you are and how you want to move forward.
Longer intensives are best for clients with:
Complex trauma + betrayal layered together
Long-standing relational patterns
High insight but minimal shift
Nervous system needs more time to open + integrate
Clients who want full immersion
